Rain at Last!

This morning when I woke up, I went in to Janae's room to see if she was awake. Here is what I found:

I don't know how she got in there since the cats aren't even allowed upstairs, but she had spent the whole night on Janae's bed! I went downstairs and found Janae still asleep on the floor in front of the tv. Hopefully we get our couches this week so there is no more sleeping on the floor! 😁

We spent the day at Dollywood. They are running a special where every season pass holder can bring up to 4 guests for just $25 each. That is a bargain, and I am glad they were offering it when my parents were here!

It was a dreary day and the Rod Run is over, so the park was not busy at all. We only had to wait in one line for 20 minutes. The rest of the rides, we just walked up and got right on. It was great!

My mom, Janae, and Talan all rode the Wild Eagle with the rest of us for the very first time. It's, in my opinion, the best roller coaster in the park. It has a great drop in the beginning and lots of upsidedown flips. It's such a smooth ride too. I'm glad everyone in the family can now say they're an eagle, not a chicken!

Just as we were getting ready to leave, it started to rain. We haven't had any rain at all in probably three weeks, so it was much needed down here! My plants were tired of relying on just me to water them. 😂
